Smokey Tofu Deli Slices

This new additon to our Gourmet Tofu family is truly spectacular. It is the product that has earned the most "wows". It is made out of our Tofu Sheet, which is the hardest pressed tofu we make and comes with 24.98% protein content. With marinate, it still has a 23% protein content. It is amazingly good in sandwiches such as BLT. It can also be pan-fryed to crispiness and serve like bacon strips.Great food, great taste.
