Kava beverages, made from dried roots of the shrub Piper methysticum, have been used ceremonially and socially in the South Pacific for hundreds of years and in Europe since the 1700s. Several well-conducted human trials and meta-analysis have shown that kava can effectively treat anxiety.

Each capsule contains:

Kava Kava (Piper methysticum) (Root) 250 mg
   (standardized to contain 75 mg kavalactones)
Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) (Root) 100 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate and Silica.
