Recommended dose:
Adults: take 1 capsule 4 times daily.

Organic Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) - 400mg
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant-source), hypromellose.
